THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY WHEN YOU BECOME A MEMBER OF MANSTROKEWOMAN.COM
A) The terms & conditions laid out here shall be governed by English Law.
B) By becoming a member of manstrokewoman.com.Com in the username & password protected "members" section, you are deemed to have accepted these terms & conditions.
C) All advertisements placed on Man Stroke Woman shall be published on the members section of the website for 12 months.
D) Man Stroke Woman shall act within its published Copyright Man Stroke Woman, Privacy & User Agreement statements.
E) Solely provides an advertising and marketing service to private (independent) companions who wish to advertise their services on our online brochure, we are not companions.
F) Man Stroke Woman does not accept any liability or responsibility should your advertisement on the online brochure fail to achieve a response.
G) Your profile and photographs can be changed as often as you wish during your advertising period.
H) The service we provide starts when your advertisement is published on Man Stroke Woman therefore, we cannot offer you the right to cancel "cooling-off period".
I) Man Stroke Woman is not your employer. As such you shall be solely responsible for any financial liabilities you may incur as a result of work obtained through interest from this site.
J) You must not bring Man Stroke Woman into disrepute. You must not engage in criminal activities and associate those activities or you with this site.
K) We accept no liability for any loss incurred as a result of the loss of our services beyond our reasonable control.
L) You indemnify us against any loss we incur as a result of your not adhering to these terms & conditions.
M) When you agree to register with Man Stroke Woman, you have agreed that you are aged over 18 years old and we are not responsible if you enter the incorrect details.
N) This agreement represents the entire agreement between the two parties, and supersedes all prior undertakings, whether written or oral. If any part of these terms & conditions is found un-enforceable, the rest shall remain legally binding.
